Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AYUDH cybersecurity intelligence platform operated by CVAAT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Use of the Platform
AYUDH is designed for authorised enterprise users to monitor, analyse and manage cybersecurity risks. Users must:
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of authentication credentials
- Comply with applicable cybersecurity and data protection laws
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
2. Account Responsibility
Enterprise administrators are responsible for managing user access and ensuring authorised usage within their organisation. Any activity conducted under an account is deemed authorised by the organisation.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to AYUDH, including software, documentation, analytics models and threat intelligence correlation logic, remain the exclusive property of CVAAT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
4. Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of vulnerability data and asset information generated within their environment. AYUDH processes such data solely to provide platform functionality and security services.
5. Service Availability
AYUDH aims to maintain high availability and resilience. However, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen incidents may temporarily impact service availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
AYUDH provides risk intelligence and vulnerability insights. Final remediation decisions remain the responsibility of the customer. CVAAT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
7. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated in case of violation of these terms, security misuse or contractual breach.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
